They have leased hunting rights on a ranch in Niobrara County, where the landowners philosophy is similar to their own. By taking only a limited amount of animals each year (up to 10). Because of business constraints they cannot budget enough time to book, hunt, and guide hunters. Therefore, they've offered to take over the hunting season and continue their hunting philosophy. This is open/prarie country with sagebrush and juniper in the draws.
