Red Butte is an interesting looking environment located within the Bighorn Basin, characterized by red badlands, and other badlands related scenery, such as purple colored hills, red ridges, and brown sandstone spires. Many animals make their home in the buttes, including wild horses, pronghorn antelope, sharp tailed grouse, bobcats, mule deer, and many other wild birds.
